Q: Does my order qualify for free delivery?
A: We will deliver for free within 35 miles of our warehouse in Fishers, IN, with a pickup time of no later than 9:00PM. Pickup times after 9:00PM can be scheduled for an additional fee. If you cannot determine if your event address qualifies for free delivery, give us your address and we will be happy to let you know.
Q: Do you offer custom arches?
A: Yes! We are currently expanding our inventory, and if you're interested in an arch rental different than what we have available, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q: Can I repurpose the aisle flowers to centerpieces at my reception?
A: No. Our aisle flowers are specifically made to be flat on the back side. Making them perfect to sit up against chairs for your ceremony or repurposed to go in front of your sweetheart table, bar, DJ booth, etc.
Q: What are the fees for pickups after 9pm?
- 9:30PM charge of $50
- 10PM charge of of $100
- 10:30pm charge of $150
- 11PM charge of $200
- 1130pm charge of $250
- 12AM charge of $300
Q: Can I see a pillar/arch/aisle florals in person first?
A: We are unable to meet and show you these products because they are too large to transport for these types of appointments. We strive to provide you with clear and precise photos so you have full confidence in what the product looks like before you rent.
